Position Overview

Provide personalized insurance guidance to clients seeking supplemental coverage in a fully remote environment.

Location: Remote – United States

Compensation: $85,000 – $110,000/yr OTE (uncapped commissions)

Schedule: Full-time, flexible hours

Key Responsibilities

✓ Provide personalized insurance consultations via Zoom
✓ Educate clients about supplemental options
✓ Process applications accurately
✓ Build long-term client relationships
✓ Participate in team training
✓ Track performance metrics

Qualifications

✓ Must be 18+ years of age
✓ US resident with valid work authorization
✓ Reliable Windows computer and internet
✓ Excellent listening and communication
✓ Detail-oriented
✓ No prior experience required — full training provided
