Location: Remote – United States

Compensation: $90,000 – $115,000/yr OTE (uncapped commissions)

Schedule: Full-time, flexible hours

Key Responsibilities

✓ Conduct bilingual Zoom presentations
✓ Explain insurance benefits to diverse populations
✓ Translate complex insurance concepts clearly
✓ Build trust with Spanish-speaking communities
✓ Process bilingual applications accurately
✓ Participate in cultural competency development

Qualifications

✓ Must be fluent in English and Spanish
✓ Must be 18+ years of age
✓ US resident with valid work authorization
✓ Reliable Windows computer and internet
✓ Strong interpersonal skills across cultures
✓ No prior insurance experience required
