Position Overview

Assist union member families with supplemental insurance needs via Zoom. Comprehensive training, mentorship, and uncapped earnings.

Location: Remote – United States

Compensation: $95,000 – $120,000/yr OTE (uncapped commissions)

Schedule: Full-time, flexible hours

Key Responsibilities

✓ Conduct virtual Zoom presentations to union families
✓ Explain supplemental insurance benefits
✓ Guide clients through enrollment
✓ Maintain client relationships
✓ Meet weekly production goals
✓ Complete required licensing and training

Qualifications

✓ Must be 18+ years of age
✓ US resident with valid work authorization
✓ Reliable Windows computer and internet
✓ Strong communication skills
✓ Self-motivated and goal-oriented
✓ No prior insurance experience required
